Does the length of my tape matter?
Tape durations vary, and we understand you may not know how much footage is on your tape. We charge a flat rate per tape, so you can be sure your entire tape will be processed, no matter the length.
Can you process my videotape if it is damaged?
If your videotape case is damaged, it must be repaired in order to process the tape. We will automatically repair your case as part of our process; there is no charge for this service. If your videotape ribbon is damaged, it will also require repair before processing. If repair involves removing any portion of your footage, we will contact you for approval prior to repair.
What is included with the transfer price?
The transfer price for your custom order includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud access, where you can view, download, order copies, and save your memories to Google Photos.
For video transfers, the price also includes videotape repairs (case replacement and ribbon splicing), mold cleaning, and PAL format conversion.
Will my original items be returned?
Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.
How long will it take to get my digitized memories?
You will receive your completed order in about 3 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Download, USB, or DVD you ordered.
How do you guarantee results?
When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for reprocessing.
