1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information about you in the following ways.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a form, create an account, submit or post content via our Services, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, your content, and any other information you choose to provide. YesVideo may also collect, at your option, certain preference and demographic information from you. When uploading data or information to the Services, you may also be sending file system information, including names of files and directories. Different features of the Services may require you to input different information, and such features might not work correctly or at all without that information.

We may also automatically collect certain information in some instances, including:

  • Transactional Information: When you purchase something through the Services, we collect information about the transaction, and other details about the purchase.
  • Internet Activity Information: We collect information about your activity on our Sites, including access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and the page you visited before navigating to the Services.
  • Device and Usage Information: We may collect information about how you access the Services, including data about the networks and devices you use, including IP address, mobile network, unique device identifiers, and browser type.
  • Information from Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Services. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve the Services and your experience, see which areas and features of the Services are popular, and count visits. When you return to websites that save cookies on your device—or visit websites that use the same cookies—the websites recognize the cookies and your browsing device. We also work with third-party analytics providers who use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including pages viewed, time spent on our pages, links clicked, your mobile network information, your IP address, and your web browser information. We may use this information to analyze and track data, improve the Services, and better understand your activity and experience. For more information about cookies and how to disable them, see the Your Choices section below.

Information We Collect from Other Sources

We obtain information from third-party sources. For example, we may collect information about you from data analytics providers. If you create or log onto the Services through a third-party platform we will have access to certain information that the platform provides to us, such as your name and email address, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by the platform provider.

1. INFORMATION WE DERIVE

We may draw inferences to derive information about you based on other information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your general geographic location based on your IP address.

2.    HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Such third-party business partners or affiliates may have their own privacy policies.  Where YesVideo engages third-parties to process your personal information for a limited purpose, such as payment processing, we contractually limit and protect your information from other uses or disclosures to other parties.
  • We partner with Google Photos to allow our users the ability to more easily store and share their photos. To facilitate this partnership, we may collect, store, and use certain Google User Data, including your Google User ID and Google email address. We collect this information directly from you during account activation or when you place an order with us, and use this information to add requested content to your Google Photo account and to turn on sharing of specific albums when requested by you. We do not have the ability to list, view, or remove existing Google Photo content. We will only use Google User Data for the purposes described in this paragraph.
  • We share personal information with our attorneys and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests.
  • We may disclose personal information if we believe such disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process.

We will not view the files that you upload using the Service, unless reasonably required for monitoring purposes or customer service purposes (see our Terms of Service). However, if YesVideo becomes aware of content or cybersecurity threats, that may cause risk to the Services, or other users, we may delete, or block access to such communications or content.

4. TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION

YesVideo is headquartered in the United States and has operations and service providers located in the United States and other countries. Accordingly, YesVideo and our affiliates, subsidiaries and service providers may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction. By using or accessing the Services, you consent to any such transfer of your personal information outside of your country. We will take steps to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.

5. Your Choices; Updating or Removing Your Information

Account Information

You may, at any time, choose to correct, update or remove the information you have submitted to YesVideo by updating your account on our site.

You may request deletion of any personal information that you have provided to us by sending a request to support@yesvideo.com. In order to implement your deletion request, we must delete your user account and will delete all of your digitized media. We will also de-identify your personal information in our back-ups. We only keep back-up data for disaster recovery and archival purposes. System back-ups are not actively used for any other purpose.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze how our website is used, and provide certain site functionalities. These may include session cookies, which are temporary and expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device to help us recognize you on return visits and understand aggregate usage patterns. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can typically modify your browser settings to block or delete them, or to notify you when a cookie is being placed on your device. Please note that if you choose to reject or disable cookies, some features of our website may not function properly or may be unavailable.

We use the information collected by our third-party service providers using Cookies to analyze and track data, improve our services, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand our users’ online activity. Our service providers may also show you advertisements for our products and services on other websites and may combine this information with other information those service providers have gathered about your visits to those other websites so that the advertisements you receive are more likely to be of interest to you.

ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

We use cookies and similar technologies, including third‑party advertising and analytics tools, to understand how users interact with our services and to deliver advertising that may be tailored based on users’ activities across different websites or online services. These activities may constitute cross‑context behavioral advertising under certain privacy laws.

We describe below some of the tools we use on our Site to collect information, including Personal Information for Targeted Advertising and Analytics and the options those tools provide to you to limit the use of remarketing or analytics for those tools.

  • Google Analytics’ Advertising Features. We have enabled and implemented the following Google Analytics Advertising Features: Remarketing with Google Analytics, Demographics and Interest Reporting, Segments, DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration, and DoubleClick Bid Manager Integration. To prevent personal information from being used by Google Analytics, follow the instructions to download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for each web browser you use. Using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on will not prevent us from using other analytics tools and will not prevent data from being sent to the Site itself or to Google. Opting out will not affect your use of the Site. For more information on how Google uses Personal Information, visit Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s page on how Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.

·       We use Meta business tools, such as Facebook and Instagram advertising services, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, perform analytics and attribution, and deliver advertising about our products and services on Meta platforms. These tools may collect or receive information about your interactions with our website or advertisements, which Meta processes to provide reporting, analytics, and advertising services to us. When you interact with Meta platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram) or view or engage with our advertisements on those platforms, Meta processes your personal information in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms, not this Privacy Policy. We do not control how Meta collects, uses, or further processes personal information on its platforms.[EC1]  For information about how Meta processes personal information, please review Meta’s Privacy Policy and related disclosures available at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

  • Klaviyo- We use Klaviyo, a marketing automation platform, to help manage and deliver our email, SMS, and other digital marketing communications. Klaviyo processes certain personal information—such as contact details, device identifiers, and engagement data—solely on our behalf and only as needed to provide its services, including audience segmentation, campaign delivery, and performance analytics. For more information about Klaviyo’s own privacy practices, including data handling, storage, and security measures, you may review its Privacy Policy available on Klaviyo’s website.

Communications Preferences

You may opt out of receiving certain marketing communications from us by updating your account settings, sending us a request with your contact information to support@yesvideo.com, or by following the instructions in the communications – generally, clicking an unsubscribe link at the bottom of a marketing email. You cannot generally opt out of transactional or administrative emails, so we may continue to send you those emails even if you opt out from marketing emails.

6. Privacy Rights of Consumers

We provide individuals with the rights afforded to them under the applicable data privacy laws of the states in which they reside. As of January 2026, several states have enacted comprehensive consumer data privacy laws including: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. These laws may grant some or all of the following rights: right to access, to correct, delete, or opt out of, or limit the “Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information, right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights, and the right to data minimization.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Because we are not currently subject to the CCPA, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at this time. If our obligations under applicable privacy laws change, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

If you would like to opt out of the sale of your personal data or exercise any of your rights under state privacy laws, please submit your request using the contact methods described in the “Contact Us” section of this policy. Please note that regardless of the state you are a resident of, we will need to verify your identity before releasing any sensitive data in response to your requests.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Specifically, California residents may request, once per calendar year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information disclosed and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.

If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing using the contact information provided in the contract provision at section nine of this Privacy Policy.
