Easy as 1, 2, 3: Simply create your order, send in drop off your media, and we’ll digitize your memories using our state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll receive your digital memories in 3 - 4 weeks.

1. Create Your Order

After you’ve gathered your media, click the Start My Order button and pick all the media types (photos, tapes, slides, etc.) you want to digitize online or at your local . Choose USB or DVD output for a gift or to have a physical backup of your order.

You can choose between 2 delivery options: Pick up at or Mail My Order. or Mail My Order *.

*Shipping charges apply for Mail My Order.

2. Send Us Your Memories

There are 2 ways to send your media:

Pack everything you need digitized and ship it to us. Affix the included UPS prepaid label, and drop off at your nearest UPS location.

3. Voila! Enjoy Your Memories

Depending on how you submitted your original media, there are 2 ways to get your order:

We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up at .

Mail My Order

We will notify you when your order is on its way back to you. Congratulations! Your memories are now unlocked for viewing, sharing, and gifting! You will receive your USB or DVDs along with your original media.

For an additional $3, add MemoryCloud online access, where you can:

Download your videos and images to your computer, order additional copies on USB or DVD, or save your digital memories to Google Photos.

As soon as we receive your package, all original media is tagged with a barcode and tracked throughout the entire process.

You can check the status of your order throughout the process using our order status look-up tool .

From the minute your media arrives to the time we ship it back to you, we monitor every single step throughout the operation.

Digitally Backed Up

Every video and image that we transfer is securely backed up for 90 days after your order is completed.
